RESEARCH AREAS

EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION

Early childhood development (ECD) and early childhood education (ECE) have been identified as priority areas by many governments and development agencies. Our team is well represented in the global ECD arena (see SDSN for more information).

ADVANCED METHODS

Central to developing and implementing cost-effective, high-quality programs at scale is a profound understanding of the mechanisms through which interventions effect change. Our team is working closely with leading experts in the field of applied international development research on identifying and integrating cutting-edge methods and measures across disciplines that yield the power to explain why interventions work for whom, and under what conditions.
